We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales growth across India and the US markets. This role requires a consultative sales professional with strong experience in data, cloud, AI, or technology services sales, capable of managing complex enterprise sales cycles and building trusted relationships with senior technology and business leaders.
The ideal candidate will bring an established network of CDOs, CTOs, Data Leaders, and technology decision-makers, along with the ability to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders, and close large-scale enterprise engagements.
- Own the complete sales cycle from qualified opportunity to contract closure across India and US markets.
- Drive new business acquisition within large enterprises, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and mid-market organizations undergoing data and AI transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to generate sustainable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CDOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, Data Leaders, and other senior stakeholders.
- Establish credibility as a trusted advisor by understanding business challenges and recommending strategic technology solutions.
- Leverage existing executive networks to accelerate market penetration and business opportunities.
- Develop and manage relationships with technology platform providers, cloud partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Create joint go-to-market initiatives and co-selling opportunities with partner sales and technical teams.
- Drive pipeline generation through strategic partner engagement and collaboration.
- Conduct discovery workshops and executive-level conversations to identify customer challenges and business objectives.
- Understand enterprise data, analytics, AI, and cloud environments and articulate solution value propositions effectively.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create compelling proposals and solution approaches.
- Position services and solutions in a way that resonates with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, technology adoption patterns, and customer priorities.
- Identify high-potential accounts, emerging opportunities, and expansion areas.
- Build and maintain detailed account intelligence, stakeholder maps, and opportunity strategies.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, technology forums, executive roundtables, and partner events.
- Generate qualified opportunities through networking, thought leadership, and relationship-building activities.
- Convert event engagements into measurable sales pipeline and business outcomes.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and sales forecasts.
- Drive disciplined opportunity management through CRM systems and sales processes.
- Provide regular updates on deal progress, revenue projections, and market insights.
- Ensure forecasting accuracy and timely reporting to leadership.
- 6–10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience in IT services, cloud, data, analytics, AI, SaaS, or technology consulting.
- Proven success in acquiring and closing new enterprise customers.
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with large contract values.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior technology and business executives.
- Understanding of enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience selling into enterprise organizations, GCCs, financial services firms, or large consumer-facing enterprises.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally as required.
- Existing relationships with senior technology leaders including CDOs, CTOs, Heads of Data, and Digital Transformation leaders.
- Experience working with cloud, data, or analytics platform ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, AI adoption, cloud modernization, and digital transformation programs.
- Experience engaging with partner ecosystems and executing co-sell motions.
- Familiarity with the GCC landscape and enterprise technology buying processes.
