Key Responsibilities:
- Precise Legal Drafting: Assist in drafting civil and criminal pleadings, matrimonial petitions, legal notices, settlement proposals, and written arguments.
- Strategic Research: Conduct rigorous, fact-based legal research across our diverse practice areas using SCC Online, Manupatra, and other databases.
- Client Advocacy Support: Aid the team in case preparation, ensuring continuous legal guidance and protection of client rights at every stage of the legal process.
- Case Management: Organize case files, maintain compliance trackers, and assist with document verification for ongoing litigation.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a recognized LL.B. program (3-year or 5-year; 3rd year and above preferred).
- Strong foundational knowledge of civil procedure, criminal law, and contract law.
- An analytical mindset with a strict commitment to detail, precise drafting, and factual verification.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with complete confidentiality.
