Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and QA teams to design and deliver Salesforce solutions
- Develop and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integrations
- Declarative development (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Dynamic forms)
- Design and implement scalable integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
- Follow best practices for development, including code reviews, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX
- Provide accurate effort estimations and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Maintain high-quality code standards and continuously refactor for performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug complex Salesforce implementations, including asynchronous processes
- Identify system gaps and design innovative solutions
- Support deployment, testing, and post-production activities
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices, frameworks, and development standards
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
