Job Summary
The HR Manager/Executive will oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. This role is essential in supporting our employees and helping to shape the culture of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Oversee employee performance reviews and support continuous development.
- Handle employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and update policies as necessary.
- Assist in managing employee benefits programs and answer queries related to payroll, health, and other benefits.
- Conduct HR-related training sessions for employees and managers.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or certification in HR is a plus).
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR management or executive role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
