Job Summary
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and dedicated UPSC Trainer to coach aspirants preparing for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for mentoring students toward success in competitive examinations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions for UPSC aspirants.
- Teach subjects related to UPSC Prelims and Mains, including Indian Polity, History, Geography, Economics, Science & Technology, Environment, Ethics, and Current Affairs.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, notes, assignments, and test series.
- Guide students in answer writing, essay preparation, and interview readiness.
- Conduct regular mock tests, evaluations, and performance reviews.
- Provide personalized mentoring and academic support to students.
- Stay updated with UPSC syllabus changes, examination trends, and current affairs.
- Assist students in developing effective study plans and examination strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; Postgraduate degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UPSC Civil Services Examination syllabus and pattern.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Prior experience in UPSC coaching or competitive examination training preferred.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Strong analytical and content development skills.
- Proficiency in both online and offline teaching methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a UPSC Faculty or Competitive Exam Trainer.
- Expertise in one or more UPSC subjects.
- Experience in guiding students for UPSC Prelims, Mains, and Interview stages.
- Proven track record of mentoring successful UPSC candidates.
