The Senior Salesforce Administrator I will maximize the value of the company's Salesforce investment through tailored solutions, improved user experience, and data-driven decision-making. Manage Salesforce configurations, facilitate requirements workshops, document processes, and support users. Collaborate in an agile environment to release new features, draft business requirements, and perform data analysis. Ensure system uptime, support releases, and contribute to ongoing development.
Responsibilities:

Perform all the Salesforce configuration in the Org, not only limited to Case Management, Lead & Campaign Management, User Provisioning, CTI, Objects and layouts, Security, Knowledge Base, Forecasts and Reports.

Facilitate requirements workshops, documenting detailed functional, technical, reporting & data requirements

Gather, create and document current and future business process flows.

Conduct analysis of systems specifications and use analysis / diagramming tools to represent business / technical processes

Provide support to Salesforce users in sales and service teams, and act as the primary point of contact for end-user support.

Engage with business stakeholders to gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality.

Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities to solve business problems by implementing Proof of Value pilots and producing the supporting documentation.

Migrate meta data between Salesforce environments using change sets and other tools such as Snapshot as needed.

Perform data analysis/management tasks and produce ad-hoc reports using tools like DataLoader and SOQLXplorer.

Collaborate with end-users to create and maintain training materials. Drive adoption, on-boarding and train the trainers processes.

Manage relationships with stakeholders to achieve project goals

Maintain collaborative relationships with external vendors to achieve project goals, where necessary.

Participate in the evolution of team best practices, standards and policies.

Stay current with the periodic Salesforce releases and leverage the updates applicable to the Org.

Support all Salesforce releases and ensure system uptime as per the SLA.

Be part of a fast paced agile scrum team and participate in planning, documentation, execution, testing, and launch of projects.

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in office

30-day notification period preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent proven experience required.

6+ years of experience working with Salesforce as an administrator configuring applications in sales and/or service clouds and 4+ years of general Business Analysis within a matrix organization.

Experience configuring various Salesforce modules including but not limited to case management, campaign management, workflows, profiles, roles, sharing rules, CTI integration and reports.

Strong client/stakeholder engagement capabilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to present information clearly and effectively.

Strong time management and organizational skills

Scrum or Agile methodology experience highly desirable

Experience with various Salesforce customer portals and sites technologies.

Proven track record in leading initiatives and managing small projects.
-
Competency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
-
Proficiency with DataLoader, Salesforce Communities, SOQLXplorer and Excel for data manipulation and complex custom reports.

Demonstrate excellent understanding of various governor limits applicable to Salesforce.
-
Past experience configuring a B2C application on Salesforce is nice to have.

Experience with installing and configuring packages from AppExchange.

Demonstrate some understanding of VisualForce, HTML, Javascript and CSS.

Experience delivering E-Commerce applications is preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and complex problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Existing Salesforce certifications or demonstrated success on Trailhead are looked upon very favorably

Past experience configuring a B2C application on Salesforce is nice to have.

Lightning Experience UI is nice to have.
-
Experience utilizing force.com technologies such as Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Zuora and DupeBlocker are a plus.
