Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Executive to manage commercial operations, billing coordination, customer and vendor documentation, order processing, and commercial compliance activities. The candidate will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and Customers to ensure smooth execution of commercial transactions and timely processing of invoices, payments, and related documentation.The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen, ERP/SAP exposure, analytical capability, and experience in handling high-volume commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end commercial operations including order processing, invoicing, dispatch coordination, and documentation
- Coordinate with Sales, SCM, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams for smooth order execution
- Verify customer purchase orders, pricing, taxation, schemes, and commercial terms before processing
- Generate invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and related commercial documents in ERP/SAP systems
- Ensure timely dispatch coordination and documentation accuracy
- Track pending orders, dispatch status, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain and monitor customer master, pricing master, and commercial records
- Coordinate with customers and distributors for commercial clarifications and issue resolution
- Support Accounts Receivable activities including reconciliation and outstanding tracking
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and commercial dashboardsEnsure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, statutory requirements, and audit requirements
- Support month-end closing activities related to billing and commercial accounting
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives
Required Skills
Experience : ( 0-7)years
- Strong knowledge of commercial operations and invoicing processes
- Good understanding of GST, billing, and commercial documentation
- Experience in SAP / ERP systems
- Strong MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reportingGood analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Attention to detail and process orientation
Preferred Experience
- Experience in FMCG / FMCD / Manufacturing / Distribution industry preferred
- Exposure to high-volume transaction environments
- Experience in handling distributors, dealers, or channel partners
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics coordination
- Hindi Speaking Skills
Pay: ₹12,300.00 - ₹64,000.00 per month
