Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (BPO Call Center)

Experience: 2 Years & above

Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Promote company products and services over the phone
- Convert leads into sales and achieve daily/monthly targets
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication
- Update customer details and call records in CRM/software
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with team leaders and managers to achieve business goals
- Maintain call quality and adhere to company processes
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and convincing abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
