Role Summary
We seek a self-driven, ambitious, and target-focused Sales & BD Executive who thrives in B2B outreach, client interactions, and revenue closing. The role demands strong communication, daily prospecting discipline, and hunger to win.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify SMB & Enterprise prospects using Microsoft solutions M365, O365, Windows365.
- Identify SMB & Enterprise prospects for other solution portfolios – move towards account management.
- Build prospect lists by industry, size, and revenue/turnover.
- Use Sales and lead generation AI tools for effective research and lead funnel generation.
- Track IT decision-makers via LinkedIn and research their current IT environment to pitch respective solution from portfolio.
Client Outreach & Engagement
- Execute daily outreach: email sequences, cold calls, LinkedIn messages, WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Schedule on-site introduction meetings with prospective leads/clients
- Pitch Resofto’s solution offerings to generate interest with IT Heads and CXO’s.
- Qualify leads and book meetings with senior sales leadership.
Sales Qualification & Pipeline Management
- Understand client’s business needs and map Resofto offerings
- Capture pain points: costs, compliance risks, loss of productivity, digital transformation.
- Maintain CRM with accurate notes, funnel stages, and follow-up schedules.
Proposal & Documentation Support
- Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and customised 1-pagers.
- Assist other team members in presentations and proposal calls.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily/weekly reporting of calls, emails, meetings, and opportunities.
- Track forecast vs actual closures, margins, and discount structures.
- Share competitive insights and campaign performance data.
Continuous Learning
- Gain strong command over IT landscape, industry needs for IT solutions
- Learn Resofto’s multi-portfolio product pitch.
- Shadow senior during sales cycle for learning negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication skills (verbal + written).
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with cold calling and B2B outreach.
- Basic understanding of IT/software products (preferred).
- Disciplined with reporting and CRM usage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
