We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager/ VP / Content & SEO Head, to lead the organization’s end-to-end digital presence and brand communication. The role is responsible for driving organic growth, managing content strategy, overseeing SEO performance, handling social media channels, and leading public relations initiatives to build a strong and consistent brand reputation.
Experience : 15 to 20 Years
Location: KPHB/ HYD Onsite role
Working Days: Mon to Fri
Industry: Mandatory experience in news industry
Notice Period: Immediate or 15 days
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee creation of high-quality content for websites, blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Ensure brand tone, messaging consistency, and editorial standards across all platforms.
- Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
2. SEO Strategy & Performance
- Lead end-to-end SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification.
- Improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic growth.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
- Optimize website architecture, metadata, and content for search visibility.
3. Social Media Management
- Plan and manage social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and oversee engaging social media content calendars.
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and community building.
- Manage paid social campaigns in coordination with performance marketing teams.
- Track social media analytics and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.
4. Public Relations (PR) & Brand Reputation
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Manage relationships with media houses, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Handle press releases, media coverage, interviews, and corporate announcements.
- Monitor brand reputation and manage crisis communication when required.
- Position the company as a thought leader in the industry.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor content, SEO, social media, and PR teams.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams for alignment on business objectives.
- Set KPIs and ensure performance accountability across functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Strong expertise in SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent content writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing social media growth and PR campaigns.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling brand reputation/crisis management.
- Familiarity with performance marketing and paid media.
- Understanding of AI-driven content and SEO tools.
- Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments.
