Position Summary:
As a Performance Marketer with extensive e-commerce experience, you will spearhead our digital advertising initiatives, playing a pivotal role in driving our clients' online success. Your core responsibilities will encompass strategizing, executing, refining, and monitoring paid advertising campaigns across diverse platforms. Your primary objective will revolve around driving targeted traffic, boosting conversions, and ensuring measurable ROI, all while iterating strategies to achieve exceptional performance. Responsibilities:
- Paid Advertising Strategy: Develop and execute robust paid advertising strategies tailored to the unique objectives and audience profiles of our e-commerce clients.
- Campaign Management: Create, oversee, and optimize comprehensive paid ad campaigns spanning platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Bing, and other relevant channels.
- Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct meticulous keyword research to pinpoint high-impact keywords and phrases. Optimize ad targeting and bidding to maximize campaign performance.
- Audience Targeting: Leverage audience segmentation and targeting tactics to reach the most pertinent customer segments. Implement retargeting strategies to bolster customer engagement and conversions.
- Ad Copy and Visual Creation: Collaborate with our creative team to craft captivating ad copy and visuals aligned with clients' brand messaging, fostering increased engagement.
- Budget Allocation and Management: Efficiently manage ad budgets, ensuring judicious allocation to achieve desired results and ROI.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and derive actionable insights from campaign performance data using various analytics tools. Prepare regular reports with recommendations for clients.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously refine ad campaigns, landing pages, and overall user experience to enhance conversion rates and drive higher ROI.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to identify top-performing variations and refine strategies accordingly.
- Stay Updated: Remain abreast of industry trends, new advertising features, and algorithm updates to capitalize on the latest opportunities for clients' benefit.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Demonstrated track record of successful paid advertising campaigns within an e-commerce context.
- Proficiency in managing Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Thorough understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs (e.g., ROAS, AOV, conversion rate).
- Analytical mindset with a penchant for deriving insights from data to steer decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
