Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage and oversee our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. An immediate joiner is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and budgets
- Reconcile bank statements and handle cash flow management
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports efficiently
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Support financial audits and assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of CA (Chartered Accountant) is a plus
