Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee AR Caller to join our Medical Billing team. The role involves interacting with insurance companies in the US to follow up on unpaid claims, resolve billing issues, and ensure timely payment. Freshers or candidates with basic knowledge of medical billing are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and follow-ups
- Review denied or rejected claims and take appropriate actions to resolve them
- Work on accounts receivable (AR) to reduce outstanding balances
- Identify reasons for claim denials and initiate appeals or corrections
- Maintain accurate documentation of calls and claim status updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (spoken English)
- Basic understanding of medical billing / revenue cycle management (RCM)
- Ability to work in night shift (US shift)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, typing skills)
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
