Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller / Appointment Setter who is comfortable with repetitive calling work and is motivated by performance-based earnings. This is not a sales role, but requires strong communication skills to connect with potential clients and fix meetings.
Responsibilities
- Call 20–30 potential clients daily
- Work in intervals of 2–3 hours per day
- Explain the basic purpose of the call clearly
- Fix meetings for the core team with interested clients
- Maintain basic call records and follow-ups
Requirements
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
- Comfortable with repetitive calling work
- Professional and polite phone etiquette
- Consistent and disciplined work approach
