Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure smooth production processes. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and possess good computer and Excel skills for production tracking, reporting, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities and shop-floor operations.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are achieved on time.
- Coordinate with production teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Track production data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company procedures.
- Monitor manpower utilization and productivity.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and disciplined work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a Manufacturing Industry.
- Good knowledge of production processes and shop-floor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage production targets and deadlines effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing operations is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle production teams efficiently.
