We seek a dynamic candidate to lead Incoming Quality assurance, Reporting to the operation lead.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Quality Improvement: Report on continual improvement initiatives and their impact on organizational goals.
- Resource Management: Ensure resources provided are sufficient, effective, and yield desired results.
- Supervision: Oversee inward quality operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Reporting: Track and report day-to-day quality operations to support planning, scheduling, and execution of activities.
- Defect Management: Strive for zero defects and zero line stoppages in quality operations.
- Quality Checks: Verify quality check sheets and ensure adherence to AQL (Acceptable Quality Level).
- ERP Functions: Perform quality control functions within the ERP system.
- Standards Compliance: Adhere to 5S standards and quality control plans.
- Rejection Management: Achieve zero lot rejection and minimize rework, rejection, and scrap.
- Error Proofing: Implement POKA YOKE (error-proofing) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Cost Management: Reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Skill Development: Promote skill development and continual improvement projects (CIP).
- Customer & Supplier Interaction: Handle customer concerns and interact with suppliers, auditing their products, processes, gauges, and fixtures.
- Tool Calibration: Audit inspection tools, gauges, and equipment to ensure proper calibration.
- TPM Implementation: Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for IATF (International Automotive Task Force) standards.
Must have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Proven experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in the automotive sector only.
- Familiarity with quality management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
