Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Solar Panel Installer to install, commission, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have practical installation experience, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install solar panel mounting structures and solar modules.
- Perform site surveys, measurements, and installation planning.
- Carry out DC and AC electrical wiring as per project requirements.
- Install and connect solar inverters, batteries, and related equipment.
- Conduct system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure installation work complies with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers for smooth project execution.
- Prepare installation reports and daily work updates.
- Handle maintenance and service activities for existing solar systems.
- Travel to project sites as required.
Required Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in solar panel installation.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical wiring, and inverter connections.
- Ability to read technical drawings and installation layouts.
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoor project locations.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and PPE usage.
