Our client is a US-based new-age solar PV solution provider organization. They are looking to hire a leader who would be spearheading the project operations division for them
Reporting to the MD of the company, the major roles and responsibilities include

Building projects on time, on budget, and as per quality standards
- Managing site staff and future employee development
- Planning the site team tasks and monitoring them
- Keeping the Installation team up to date on the latest installation techniques
- Keeping track of site inventory and economic use at the site
An ideal candidate is someone with 10+ years of experience in the solar industry. They should have on-field experience in managing solar projects. They should have in-depth knowledge of the installation techniques and should have worked on both rooftops as well as ground mount projects. They should possess strong team management skills and should be able to work along side cross-functional teams.
