Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate who can manage complete production activities and actively work on the shop floor along with operators, QC team, maintenance team, and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow, quality control, and operational discipline.
The candidate should be capable of bringing structure, accountability, and process discipline into the production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production activities and shop floor operations
- Coordinate with operators, QC, maintenance, stores, and supervisors
- Ensure smooth production flow and timely target achievement
- Monitor machine performance, downtime, and production efficiency
- Reduce production issues, wastage, and process bottlenecks
- Handle manpower coordination and shift management
- Maintain production discipline and workflow systems
- Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with inventory/stores team
- Ensure quality standards and process control are maintained
- Prepare production reports and coordinate with management
- Implement process improvements and operational systems when required
Requirements
- minimum 5 years of Experience in PVC extrusion and calender line operations
- Experience in manufacturing of PVC wall panels, ceiling panels, louvers, and laminated sheets or related products
- Strong knowledge of production processes and machine handling
- Hands-on shop floor management experience
- Leadership and department coordination skills
- Ability to handle production teams and factory workflow efficiently
- Problem-solving and process improvement mindset
Educational Qualification Preferred: Bachelors in Polymer or Mechanical Engineering.
