Job description -
1) Developing layout options, designing concepts & theme for the interior as per clients .
2) Meeting new and existing clients, understanding their requirements.
3) Preparing designs , Tender drawings, sketches for clients.
4)Designing(Auto Cad , Google sketch ,2D CAD, 3D rendering, 3D visualisation.
5) Preparing project estimates , quotation for clients.
6) Dealing with vendors.
7) Material survey & Selection.
8) Site visits to take the measurements.
9)Preparing project estimates , quotation for clients.
10)Making closures in sales and achieving target.
12)Taking every walk-in to the showroom around and familiarising them with the product and company values.
13)Follows up on all sales leads in a timely and effective manner.
14)Tracks and provides accurate sales information to company management.
15)Demonstrating and presenting products and services to clients.
16)Establishing new business from provided leads.
17)Maintaining customer relationship Management.
18)Active search for new clients : cold-calling and etc.
Requirements-
1) Required minimum 1-2 yrs of experience in Interior designer and sales.
2) Bachelor's or Masters in Interior Design.
3) BSC , BA, B.Des in Interior Design .
4) Diploma in Interior Design.
5) Immediate joiner
