We're looking for a Business Development Executive to help build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building.
This is not a hard-selling role. You'll identify the right prospects, initiate meaningful conversations, qualify opportunities, and connect potential clients with our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach:
- Identify and research potential clients, decision-makers, and growth opportunities across industries.
- Build and maintain prospect databases and CRM records.
- Execute personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
- Craft tailored communication that demonstrates an understanding of each prospect's business and challenges.
- Follow structured outreach processes while adapting conversations based on prospect responses.
- Lead Qualification & Relationship Building
- Engage prospects to understand their goals, challenges, and business needs.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and BLinc's leadership team.
- Nurture long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
- Identify referral, networking, and partnership opportunities where relevant.
Reporting & Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, and meeting outcomes.
- Track activity levels, conversion metrics, and pipeline performance.
- Share prospect insights, market feedback, and growth opportunities with the team.
- Continuously improve outreach strategies based on performance and learnings.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, recruitment, partnerships, or other client-facing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, prospecting, and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence engaging with founders, marketing leaders, and senior decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Experience selling marketing, advertising, branding, SaaS, or professional services.
- Existing network within startups, D2C brands, hospitality, BFSI, or growth-stage companies is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai)
