Job Title: Import Export Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Import Export Executive to manage multiple international shipments simultaneously and ensure smooth coordination across all stages of the import/export process. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, supplier coordination, and logistics management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and monitor multiple import and export shipments at the same time.
- Coordinate with overseas and domestic suppliers regarding orders, production schedules, and shipment status.
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI), commercial invoices, packing lists, and other shipping-related documents.
- Maintain all back-office operations related to import/export activities.
- Communicate and coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and clearing agents.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery while resolving any logistics issues.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export procedures.
- Liaise with customs authorities and personally visit customs offices whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and logistics costs.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, accounts, and warehouse teams.
- Monitor shipment timelines and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in import/export operations.
- Strong knowledge of international trade documentation and customs procedures.
- Experience in handling multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Familiarity with freight forwarding and shipping processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and documentation management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to visit customs offices and government authorities as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of DGFT, customs clearance, and international shipping regulations.
- Experience working with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), and logistics partners.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
