Social Media Manager Full-Time

Compensation: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month (Based on skills, experience & role type)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies
- Create high-quality visual content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Design professional graphics, posters, and marketing creatives using Adobe Photoshop & Canva
- Shoot, edit, and publish engaging reels and short-form videos
- Generate creative ideas for brand storytelling and audience engagement
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms
- Monitor trends and suggest viral content ideas to improve reach and engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in Bengali & English
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, ChatGpt etc.
- Basic to intermediate video shooting and editing skills (Reels/Shorts)
- Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and storytelling
- Understanding of social media algorithms and trends (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Ability to generate fresh, engaging, and original content ideas
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers with strong creative portfolios are welcome
- Candidates based in Kolkata preferred
- Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus
- Passion for branding, influencer content, and viral marketing
