Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions on communication skills, interview preparation, resume writing, professional etiquette, and confidence building.
- Conduct role plays, group discussions, presentations, and activity-based learning sessions.
- Train students in workplace professionalism, teamwork, body language, and presentation skills.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to support student growth and employability.
- Track student progress and adapt training methods to different learning needs.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training outcomes with industry expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, English, Communication, HR, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or student development is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and classroom management skills.
