Job Opportunity: Architect (Ranchi Office)

Role and Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and innovative architectural designs.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Site Coordination: Conduct site visits in and around Ranchi to ensure construction aligns with design specifications and quality standards.
- Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and local municipal bylaws.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our senior design team and consultants to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Experience: [Insert years, e.g., 1–4 years] of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Location: Candidates based in Ranchi or those willing to relocate to Ranchi are preferred.
