Raisa Energy is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Metallurgical Engineer to join our team in the rapidly growing field of solar panel recycling and precious metal recovery.

Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize processes for the recovery of metals from solar panel waste
- Evaluate the composition, quality, and recovery rates of extracted materials
- Assist in the development and improvement of metallurgical processes
- Work closely with chemical and technical teams to maximize metal recovery efficiency
- Monitor process performance and recommend improvements
- Maintain technical documentation, process reports, and quality records
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of metallurgy, metal extraction, and material characterization
- Knowledge of ferrous, non-ferrous, and precious metals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Freshers with relevant academic projects or practical knowledge are encouraged to apply
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical processes
- Experience with metal recovery, recycling, or extractive metallurgy
- Familiarity with laboratory testing and material analysis techniques
- Interest in sustainable technologies and renewable energy recycling
