Responsibilities
Job description-Executive/Sr.Executive HR Profile:
Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment process as per organization needs
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, through various job portals and candidate reference checks.
Conduct onboarding formalities for new employees
Managing various aspects of HR Operations, including employee documentation, on boarding and off-boarding, insurance, and HR audits.
Manage the organization’s employee database and ensure they are up to date and secure. Follow organization structure, update next new and old employee’s record.
Will be responsible for preparing offer letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, relieving letters etc.
Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as Attendance Management, leaves Management, compensations, and resolve problems. Managing employee benefits and claims administration Collect and assess HR data for performance management and other tasks using metrics. Provide inputs during appraisal discussions.
Will be responsible to provide strategic inputs to the management to enhance work culture and existing practices for employee development.
Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Payroll Management:
Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing and administration.
Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, legal regulations.
Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records.
Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll.
Generating payroll reports, such as Monthly payroll summaries.
Generating Payslips of the employee on a monthly basis.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Master’s of Business Administration (MBA-HR)
Prior experience as a HR Generalist or in a related position.
Must be confident, patient and pro-active.
Strong communication & Analytical Skills.
Strong knowledge of hiring processes.
Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.
Familiarity with MS Office suite, Google Sheets, Google Drive.
