Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry & Filing Executive to maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and ensure proper filing of company data. The candidate should possess good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in company software, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Maintain physical and digital records in an organized manner.
- File, scan, photocopy, and archive documents as required.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Retrieve files and documents when requested by management or departments.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of daily activities.
- Coordinate with various departments for document collection and record maintenance.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
- Assist in administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records.
- Basic understanding of office documentation and filing systems.
Qualification
- HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic computer certification preferred.

- Organized and systematic working style.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data and documents.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
Experience: 6 months–3 Years
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
