EXECUTIVE - HUMAN RESOURCES (GENERALIST)
VISAKHAPATNAM, ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA
We are looking for a versatile HR professional with hands-on experience in HR operations as generalist who can
deliver the results for employment sustainability and business growth.
The Job:
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Induction and manage all the employee life cycle activities.
- Support talent planning, performance tracking, and operations improvement in coordination with
cross-functional team leads.
- Responsible for preparing the learning need analysis as per the individual and business requirements and
support in executing the training programs.
- Responsible to implement processes consistently across functions with adherence to policies, HR
governance and as per the new labour code.
- Responsible for preparing monthly MIS reports and HR dash boards.
- Responsible for strengthening the relationship between the functional leads and employees.
- Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
The Person:
Essential: Should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret HR data to support
strategic and operational decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Possess a master’s degree in HR, MHRM, MSW or any other equivalent qualification.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a generalist with sound knowledge in talent sourcing, drafting learning needs,
budgeting and creating value proposition for employee satisfaction. Also should have an understanding on
all new AI tools pertaining to HR.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; working knowledge of HRIS / ERP / SAP will be an added
advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with an ability to work closely with cross-functional Leads.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
