We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telemarketing Executive responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and promoting our services through outbound calls. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in handling corporate conversations, and the ability to convert prospects into qualified business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients from provided databases
- Introduce and explain company services in a clear and professional manner
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales/events team
- Schedule meetings for senior sales managers and business development team
- Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in CRM/excel
- Follow up on leads regularly to ensure conversion
- Understand client requirements and share relevant service offerings
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover of qualified leads
Pay: ₹8,858.84 - ₹29,058.13 per month
