We are looking for an experienced Team Leader operations to manage our Australian Outbound Sales – Lead Generation Process. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in international BPO operations, sales, team handling, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the outbound sales team
Ensure daily targets and KPIs are achieved
Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement
Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns
Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members
Maintain team productivity, quality, and discipline
Prepare performance reports and drive process improvements
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO (US/UK/Canada/Australia Process)
Strong experience in Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, and Calling Operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to motivate and improve team performance
Good understanding of international calling standards and sales processes
Strong leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
