Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for timely payments and collections.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Support senior accounting team in audits and financial activities.
- Update financial data in accounting software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in the Australia shift and manage tasks independently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
