Job Title: Executive Assistant

Role and Responsibilities:
- Quickly learn and execute delegated tasks across multiple areas.
- Show initiative in understanding the requirements and completing tasks efficiently.
- Google Docs: Create, edit, and manage documents effectively.
- Google Sheets: Handle data entry, basic formulas, and spreadsheet management.
- Notion: Basic usage with a willingness to learn more advanced features.
- Google Calendar: Manage and organize schedules, set reminders, and coordinate meetings.
- Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and external stakeholders.
- Learning and Adaptability:
- Open to learning new tools and processes as required.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using the specified tools or a demonstrated ability to learn them quickly.
