· Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication for client interaction, time management, and the ability to work independently.
· Education/Experience: Requires ITI / Diploma in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical etc.) with 1-3+ years of field experience.
· Environment: Frequently requires traveling to customer sites, working flexible hours, and adherence to strict safety standards.
· Ability: To perform Calibration & Validation protocols at customer site understanding NABL & NON NABL norms.

· Role Importance’s: Customer Satisfaction
· Focus: Performing of Calibration & Validation of Laboratory Equipment
· Key Metrics: Performing All Require.
· Knowledge: Understanding of industry regulations of Pharma, Laboratory, Clinical Research Labs, Blood Bank, Hospital, Research Labs for Analytical & Laboratory Equipment.
· Communication: Verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain complex validation in English, Hindi, Marathi must.
· Documentation: Maintaining accurate client records and pipeline data
· Educational Background
· ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical with 3+ years experiences
· Technical Aptitude: Understand Calibration, Validation.
· Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, resilience, and a consultative, problem-solving mindset.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
