We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our in-house development team and work on enterprise-level ERP, CRM, and automation platforms.
Role Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, CRM systems, and ERP solutions. You will work across the stack – from frontend frameworks to backend logic, and also manage server deployment, data migration, and website/CRM hosting.
✅ Mandatory Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Frontend:
- ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, Context API)
- Flutter (for cross-platform web/mobile)
Backend:
ERP & CRM Development:
- Hands-on experience building / customizing ERP modules
- CRM development (lead management, sales funnel, automation)
Database & Migration:
- PostgreSQL / MySQL
- Data migration (between systems, databases, legacy to new)
Server & Hosting:
- Linux / Windows server management
- Website & CRM hosting (Apache/Nginx, cPanel, or cloud)
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / DigitalOcean) is a plus
Other Frameworks/Tools (good to have):
- REST API development & integration
- Git / GitHub
- Docker basics
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive web applications using ReactJS and Flutter
- Build robust backend APIs and business logic using Python (Django/Flask)
- Create / customize ERP and CRM modules as per business needs
- Handle data migration from legacy systems to new platforms
- Manage server setup, deployment, and ongoing hosting of websites and CRM systems
- Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to deliver solutions
Who Can Apply:
