Tele Sales Executive
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to join our studio team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, explaining studio services, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, advertisements, and referrals.
- Explain photography, videography, wedding, maternity, baby shoot, and studio packages.
- Schedule customer appointments and studio visits.
- Maintain customer records and lead databases.
- Coordinate with the front desk and studio team regarding bookings.
- Follow up on pending inquiries and payment confirmations.
- Achieve monthly booking and sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to communicate professionally over phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Web).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
