This hiring is for the position of software engineer position for our Pathankot Office. Candidate will have to stay in Pathankot to accomplish the job responsibilities and need to commit to 2 years of service with us. Preference will be given to candidates who belong to the city of Pathankot.
This role requires you to pick technologies quickly, and have a positive attitude towards growth and learning. Our projects are usually complex and you would need to hit the ground running when it comes to working alongside your mentors while you go about developing enterprise level applications.
We are looking for a motivated Fresher Software Engineer who is passionate about software development, problem-solving, and also emerging AI technologies.
You will work alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects involving web applications, APIs, automation, AI-assisted workflows, and cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development (React)
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.
- Create reusable UI components and maintain frontend code quality.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Debug and resolve UI/UX issues across browsers and devices.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Backend Development (Python)
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Implement business logic, data processing, and automation scripts.
- Assist in integrating third-party APIs and cloud services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
AI & Automation
- Learn and apply foundational AI concepts in practical projects.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs.
- Assist in building AI-powered workflows, chatbots, and automation solutions.
- Participate in prompt engineering, data preparation, and testing activities.
- Explore opportunities to improve business processes using AI technologies.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Basic knowledge of React and modern frontend development concepts.
- Basic proficiency in Python programming.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
