Are you a sharp communicator who loves talking to people, analyzing profiles, and keeping things organized?
RJ Academia is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Inside Sales & Operations Specialist on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of our sales pipeline and the backbone of our student management system. Your primary responsibility will be conducting initial discovery calls with inbound leads to qualify them before they move to a final discussion with our founder.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification & Discovery: Call incoming leads to understand their background, goals, and needs. Conduct the initial "discovery round" to analyze their profile.
- Gatekeeping & Scheduling: Determine if a lead is a strong fit for our premium programs. For qualified leads, seamlessly schedule the final conversion round on Google Meet (Gmeet).
- Lead Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent, professional follow-ups via calls, emails, or messages with potential students to keep them warm in the pipeline.
- LMS Management: Manage the RJ Academia Learning Management System (LMS). Responsibilities include uploading course documents, organizing materials, and ensuring a smooth backend experience for our students.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be confident, empathetic, and professional on the phone.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to quickly assess a candidate’s profile during a short conversation against our ideal student persona.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Google Meet, basic CRM/lead tracking tools, and navigating/managing an LMS platform (training on our specific LMS will be provided).
- Highly Organized: Exceptional follow-up habits and data entry skills to ensure no lead drops through the cracks.
- Prior Experience: Experience in inside sales, telecalling, customer success, or education counseling is a major plus.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
