Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced React Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, state management libraries, modern UI frameworks, and front-end development best practices. Experience with real-time applications and Next.js will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, reusable, and scalable web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Build modern user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, and Ant Design.
- Implement efficient state management using Redux Toolkit and Zustand.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and real-time communication features using Socket.io.
- Optimize application performance, loading speed, and user experience.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
- Work with Next.js for SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), and application optimization.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with ReactJS and component-based architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit and Zustand.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap.
- Experience with UI libraries such as Material UI (MUI) and Ant Design.
- Experience in integrating APIs and handling asynchronous operations.
- Knowledge of Socket.io for real-time applications.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Next.js and modern front-end development workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience with performance optimization and code-splitting techniques.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms is a plus.
