Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Engineer / MEP Manager to lead the design, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, project management skills, and experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP design, planning, and execution activities across projects.
- Review and approve HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV designs.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and technical evaluations.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Review drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, and vendor proposals.
- Lead site inspections, progress reviews, and quality audits.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and drafting teams.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
- Experience in MEP project management and coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP design software.
- Knowledge of relevant IS, NBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, and IEC standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in MEP design, execution, or project management.
- Experience handling large-scale commercial, residential, industrial, or data center projects is preferred.
