- To assess patient health by interviewing patients; perform physical examinations.
- To review old patient records, obtain, update, and study medical histories and send for relevant investigations as per instructions from the consultant.
- To do patient counseling.
- To educate the patient about the procedure and prepare them for it.
- To reschedule patient appointments as per consultant’s instructions.
- To assist the consultant in doing detailed physical examinations of the patient.
- To check the consent form before any OP procedure.
- To scrutinize, co-ordinate and as well verify the documents regarding consent either during procedures or in updating the condition of the patient to relatives.
- To have all that is necessary in condition for a procedure before doing it.
- To be conversant with the check list protocol follow-up.
- To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives
- To be aware of departmental objectives & quality monitors.
- To maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- To protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the consultant.
- To assist the consultant in doing ward procedures.
- To do initial corrections on the discharge summaries.
- To check the administration of drugs to the patients.
- To help in planning the patient positioning.
- To plan and prepare for the next procedure

Salary: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
