Job Title: Executive - HR Generalist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HR Executive to join our team and support our human resources department. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR functions, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. The HR Executive will be responsible for various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, and administrative HR duties.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews and participate in the selection process.
- Onboard new employees and facilitate orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Manage employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture development.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts.
- Maintain compliance with HR regulations and best practices.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of atleast 1-2 years as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
