We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience in residential interior projects and modular furniture work. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating design concepts, preparing drawings, coordinating with execution teams, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients and understand their lifestyle, requirements, budget, and design preferences.
- Prepare residential interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning.
- Create modular kitchen, wardrobe, TV unit, storage, and furniture designs.
- Develop 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D designs.
- Select materials, finishes, colors, hardware, and accessories.
- Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with production teams, vendors, and site execution teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure designs are practical, functional, and within budget.
- Handle client presentations and design modifications.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely project completion.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of residential interior design and modular furniture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, and design tools.
- Understanding of modular kitchen, wardrobe, plywood/MDF, laminates, hardware, and finishes.
- Knowledge of measurements, detailing, and execution drawings.
- Strong creativity and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
Experience:
- Experience in residential interior projects and modular work preferred.
- Freshers with strong design skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
