Job Description
- Prepare and file accounting data
- To manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.) and receivable through cash/cheque/voucher in a timely manner.
- To complete daily entries in accounting system namely in tally / ERP and coordinate with office staff for vendor payments.
- Preparation of bank reconciliations and various day to day reports.
- Prepare monthly data entry TDS & GST as per the requirement.
- Knowledge of MS. Office especially MS. Excel and tally.
- Basic knowledge of TDS, GST & banking
