Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data. Each day, you will update budgets and forecast models and identify trends and problems. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes.

This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Bangalore, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Analyze business performance versus Plan, Forecast, and Prior Periods, deliver variance analysis, MIS reports, and support month-end close activities.

Partner with divisional and functional teams to analyze cost drivers, overhead absorption, inventory, and Net Working Capital, providing actionable business insights.

Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and audits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational requirements.

Ensure data integrity and strong controls through reconciliations, exception analysis, audit trails, and maintenance of SOPs in line with Group standards.

Drive process improvements and automation, standardize reports across business units and geographies, and enhance productivity through efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications for the role

Any graduate with CMA/CA/ MBA - Finance preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Thorough / detail-oriented approach.

Strong communication skills. Fluent in English.

Hands on experience in SAP FICO modules preferred

Experience with MS Office
