Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Managing Director in managing immediate priorities and scheduling activities in business operations.
- Handle official correspondence and emails on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Organize and coordinate official events with full ownership.
