About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong agency experience to lead digital marketing initiatives for multiple client accounts.
The ideal candidate should have expertise across SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, Lead Generation, and Marketing Analytics while being comfortable managing client relationships, internal teams, and growth strategies.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution oversight to ensure campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Account Leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and performance discussions.
- Drive client retention, growth, and satisfaction.
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and oversee integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Create quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative marketing initiatives.
Performance Marketing
- Lead paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage advertising budgets and performance targets.
SEO & Content Marketing
- Oversee SEO strategy, content planning, and website optimization efforts.
- Ensure content aligns with search intent, brand positioning, and business goals.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to execute campaigns effectively.
Team Management
- Coordinate with SEO specialists, performance marketers, content writers, designers, and developers.
- Review deliverables and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Track KPIs including traffic, leads, conversions, engagement, CAC, and ROI.
Business Growth Support
- Participate in client pitches and proposal development.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Contribute to agency growth initiatives and process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Experience handling B2B marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and advertising platforms.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with SaaS, Technology, IT Services, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, or Professional Services brands.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Experience in lead generation and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Understanding of AI-powered marketing tools and automation workflows.
