Job Overview:
We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to assist our company in identifying and hiring top talent. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will work independently to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring that we meet our hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the organization.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to find and attract qualified candidates.
3. Conduct Interviews: Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Client Communication: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs for open positions and provide regular updates.
5. Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
6. Job Posting : Create compelling job descriptions and post on appropriate platforms.
7. Reference Checks: Conduct reference and background checks where applicable.
8. Negotiation: Negotiate salary expectations and employment offers between candidates and the organization.
9. Onboarding Assistance: Coordinate the final steps of the hiring process and assist in onboarding new hires when needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or freelance).
- Familiarity with various recruiting and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
