● Machine Assembly & Fitting: Assemble and fit mechanical and electrical
components of farming machinery according to technical drawings and
specifications.
● Wiring & Testing: Perform wiring tasks and assist in the testing of machines to
ensure functionality and safety.
● SOP & Safety Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures and adhere
to industrial safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
● Documentation: Maintain accurate daily work sheets detailing completed tasks
and observations.
● Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure
efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
Educational Qualification and Experience: Min 6 months to 2 years of experience of
Mechanical/ Electrical Assembly.
● No specific criteria for candidates with 2+ years of assembly experience
● For freshers / up to 1 year experience: ITI (Mechanical / Electrical / Fitter) or
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical
Skills: Based on candidate’s assembly experience type:
● Mechanical: Basic understanding of Assembly tools, Hands on experience in
fitting, drilling and grinding
● Electrical: Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring.
Hands-on experience in wiring harness preparation, including crimping and
soldering.
