Position: Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, develop key business relationships, and expand our market presence in North Kerala. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the building materials, marble, tiles, granite, sanitaryware, or related construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers including builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and high-net-worth homeowners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and expand business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients and consultants.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with showroom and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements with customers.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in the Marble, Tiles, Granite, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, Construction Materials, Interior Products, or Luxury Home Solutions industry is highly preferred.
- Strong network among architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
